| Just back from a midweek break in Marrakech ? 4 nights at Riad Chi-Chi was just right to get a taste of the medina and souks, the new city, a day-trip to the mountains and a wonderful massage and steam bath in a local Hammam, plus great food, exhilarating shopping and a glimpse of a different way of life. We opted for a Riad (as opposed to a hotel) mainly for its central location but what really won us over was the friendliness and patience of the staff. Quite honestly, they made our stay a pleasure, organising excursions and reservations, preparing meals to suit us and giving advice on getting around, what to see and where to shop. Never intrusive but always there to help, they get full marks from us without hesitation. |
