
Middle Burrow Bed and Breakfast

Middle Burrow is a superb farm bed and breakfast within the Exmoor National park. It's a haven for walkers, cyclists and those who simply want to enjoy this beautiful, unspoilt part of Somerset.
Guests can enjoy breakfast looking out over the 3 acre garden and watching ducks on the pond, and pheasants, rabbits and squirrels playing on the lawns. The full Exmoor Breakfast includes bacon, sausage, black pudding, egg, beans, mushrooms and tomato. You can also help yourself to a selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juices and of course bread and toast. There is also honey produced on the farm.
Packed lunches can be provided, ready for a day out on the moor or the coast. It includes a round of chunky sandwiches made from fresh ingredients, a piece of homemade cake, a piece of fruit and a yoghurt or biscuit. You can also get you flask filled so you can have a hot drink during the day.
The three newly-created guest rooms are all within the beautiful A-frame Middle Burrow Barns. All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi and a flatscreen TV. They are all large enough to provide a separate sitting area within the room. One of the rooms is dog-friendly, with a dog drying-off area, outside space and a public footpath within 100 yards of your front door. Secure bike storage can be provided and there's even a washdown area for muddy bikes (or dogs!).
Local attractions include the mediaeval village of Dunster with its magnificient castle, Tarr Steps, West Somerset Steam Railway and the whole of the Exmoor National Park, including Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on the moor.
