La Puerta Del Agua The hotel is stunning- themed rooms from Africa to Chupa Chups. The standard is high and the welcome surpasses all expectations. We stranded in Petrer with a confused satnav - no matter, Vicente hopped into his car and came to lead us up into the hills. On arrival we were made to feel at home and were introduced to Nico (dog), the chicks (alarm clock), and the pregnant cow (Josefin) that liked dried bread for breakfast!
