Hotel Tres Sants is a small boutique hotel in a quiet corner of old Ciutadella, close to the cathedral and bishop’s palace. It features a unique wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool under a vaulted stone roof. The old stone building, and especially the vaulting, has been cleverly adapted to a modern minimalist style that is charmingly simple but never plain.

A typical Spanish buffet breakfast is served in the refectory room, and there are also drinks and snacks available there. There is also a hotel library with a range of art books for study by guests.

The heart of Tres Sants is the wellness centre where guests can enjoy a massage, body treatments, the hammam, the swimming pool and a jacuzzi. There is a roof terrace with views of the town and port, and also a small patio.

The eight guest rooms are named after saints or other figures with a special connection to Ciutadella. They are generously spacious and each one decorated individually within the overall character of Tres Sants. The rooms have air-conditioning for summer and heating for winter, a safe, a minibar, television, CD player and wi-fi. San Cristobal has a balcony with a view of the decoratively paved street. San José has a view of the little alley that gives access to the hotel (the old town is a traffic-free zone).

The city centre full of shops, bars and restaurants is only 50 yards away, and it is about 150 yards to the old port where there are more bars and restaurants and you can sit and watch the boats passing in and out.
