The clue is in the name: The Beach House is set back from the road in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise resort with Las Cucharas beach just 60 metres away.
This lovely villa has been furnished to a high standard in a simple, contemporary style giving it a light and airy feel. It comprises a spacious, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner, including American-style fridge with ice-maker, oven and hob, dishwasher, all the necessary small appliances and even a separate utility area with washing machine.
Three steps lead down into the lounge area, which opens out onto the private wooden deck and solar-heated swimming pool. Stairs take you up to the walled roof terrace, where there is a BBQ and al-fresco dining area, as well as sun-loungers from which to enjoy the superb sea view.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, and a large bathroom with corner bath and double basins. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a shower cubicle is on the first floor.
The Beach House has the flavour of a traditional Canarian village house combined with a simple, modern villa style. The immediate surroundings are peaceful yet the resort of Costa Teguise is readily at hand.
Please note, this villa is now for adults only..

| This was our first time to Lanzarote and we're really pleased to have spent it in the Beach House. Perfect location, literally down some steps (not steep) to the beach - where the wind surfing is amazing, supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants. The spa pool is very relaxing, the top deck is perfect for sunbathing and drying off after a lovely dip. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate, but the dishwasher didn't dry the pots and we were only left one tea towel for a week. We decided to sleep in the twin room, next door to the lovely big bathroom, which has loads of wardrobe space and is very comfortable. We were more than happy here and would love to stay again. Michelle and staff are very accommodating and relaxed and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Would we recommend a stay here? Without hesitation :-) |

We Say
This little villa has a charming simplicity of style, and the position is just about unbeatable.
A Word from the Owner
This is Costa Teguise resort's most privileged spot, a lovely quiet residential street just off the beach front, privacy in the heart of Costa, yet a stones throw from all the fun.
