This beautifully-kept four-bedroom holiday villa is perfect for families or friends to get together. Casa Margarita is situated in a quiet community of 6 villas set in the heart of the traditional Punta Mujeres fishing village. This privileged location means you are just 1 minute from the sea and a 5-minute walk to the pebble beach, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
Casa Margarita is set on 3 floors and is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. The top floor consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom, dressing area and shaded balcony with sea views. From the master suite, you enter the naturally lit stairway and hall which leads to the twin bedroom. Taking the stairs to the ground floor, you will find the living area including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and lounge area with TV (Netflix) and views over the shaded terrace. Casa Margarita's shower room and third bedroom with twin beds are accessed from the hallway on this level. This floor is also the entrance to the villa where you can enjoy the shaded terrace with barbecue, access to the pool and shared wooden sun deck. Moving on down to the lower ground level is the fourth bedroom with a double bed alongside the gym room, washing machine and patio for drying laundry. The spacious gym room is ideal for a workout and you have plenty of space for yoga and meditation.
The communal space includes the solar heated pool 3m x 5.5m and the wooden sun deck. The sea is very close by and you can swim easily in the natural rock pools and from the Punta Mujeres cove beach, both within a few minutes walk.
We Say
Four bedrooms, so bring the family (or friends). The little shared pool and sun-deck is ideal but it's only a short stroll to the sea and the beach too.
