The Ocean View Penthouse is a unique and beautifully designed loft apartment sitting in the centre of the little coastal resort of Costa Teguise. Set just back from Las Cucharas bay, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers the best beach on the island for windsurfing.
The penthouse has been furnished to a very high standard in a chic, modern style. The large, glazed open-plan living area has panoramic views over Costa Teguise and Las Cucharas bay. There is a comfortable seating area for eight with satellite television, a DVD player and WiFi internet connection.The spacious, fully equipped kitchen/diner has an oven/hob, all the necessary small appliances and dining furniture for eight.
There are two light and airy double bedrooms, both with king-size beds and one with an extra single bed, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, plus another separate WC. In the corner of the lounge area is a curtained double bedroom with fantastic views, that can also double as a daybed. Sofa beds in the lounge extend sleeping capacity further so 6 people are very comfortable and seven or eight is possible without too much compromise.
Outside, there is a good-sized, partly covered, south-facing terrace with uninterrupted views to the coast. Perfect for entertaining, there is a barbecue, dining furniture and two sun loungers for chilling out.
The Ocean View apartment is the perfect setting for a honeymoon couple or a couple on a special romantic holiday.

The Ocean View Penthouse has been finished to a high standard and offers breathtaking views. Its interior has been designed to be modern, light and very spacious giving a luxurious setting for your holiday. Its 3 double beds are an extra-large 180 wide and have the top of the range Sultan mattresses for extra comfort.
There is a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with king size double and single bed, double sofa bed in living room with sea views (we can supply additional cot bed).
The living room has high wood ceilings and panoramic views overlooking the entire bay of La Cucharas. Its designer tiles and wood floor add to its modern loft ambience. There is 1 wet room style bathroom, 1 walk-in shower room and 1 additional toilet room with wash basin.

The massive terrace offers total privacy for sunbathing, it has a shaded area and BBQ facilities for al fresco dining. The lounge area seats 7 and the dining area has 8 chairs. We can supply bicycles if required. Car Hire not necessary as within easy walking distance to banks, supermarkets shops, bus stop and taxi rank.
Ocean View Penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV/DVD/Basic Satellite system, all linen and towels provided.
We also have a fully staffed office within 1 minute walk giving you the security of not feeling abandoned!
PLEASE NOTE: Parents with young children, or mobility difficulties, to access the apartment you have one flight of external stairs, also there are 3 steps in the second bedroom and in hall way. No pets allowed, No smoking at this property

| Wonderful Christmas and New Year stay at the Ocean View Penthouse. Such a pleasure to watch the sun rise from the sea each morning. A great location in Costa Teguise, well placed for the beach, public transport, supermarkets and very nice restaurants. Great view of the New Year fireworks! So spacious that my husband did complain that he had a fair walk from the wine bottle in the fridge to the glass on the table on the balcony!!!! We even managed to cook a turkey with the good supply of utensils provided. Michelle, Tila and Sarah extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble ~ would love to try your other properties. Thank you so much!! |
| We spent there 3 weeks during August 2009: my wife and my small two children have been impressed about the amazing apartment, great view on the bay, perfect place for a family who loves the sun, the sea and playing watersports. Two minutes to bring the windsurf stuff on the spot, check the conditions from the big terrace, being at the beach or at home in seconds! |

We Say
Little Hotels doesn't normally provide apartments, as they are generally packed in and lacking in individuality - not our style at all. The Ocean View Penthouse is different though, in a great location, with a terrific view, and reflecting the stylish good taste that we find in all the properties run by Michelle.
