This AA 5 Star bed and breakfast accommodation has 8 double bedrooms and combines high standards with excellent value. The award-winning breakfasts are a special treat. Most guest rooms have a king-size bed and all are en-suite. Each room has a remote control flatscreen TV with Freeview channels, a hospitality tray, a hairdryer, iron and even an umbrella! One of the bedrooms has an impressive four-poster bed. Guests have exclusive use of a very comfortable and spacious lounge. There is also free internet and Wi-Fi access and all bedrooms have a direct broadband cable connection as well.
The gardens at Little Court featured in Gertrude Jekyll's famous book 'Gardens for Small Country Houses'. They extend over four acres which during spring and summer are full of flowers, including a magnificent Wisteria. During summer months there is a heated swimming pool in the walled garden. There is also an all-weather tennis court, and rackets and balls can be provided if you haven't brought your own.
Little Court is in the heart of 'Thomas Hardy Country' and is very close to historic Dorchester which has many of the landmarks that Hardy featured in his famous novels. The stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coast is a short drive away, including such notable landmarks as Chesil Beach, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Portland Bill and Lyme Regis.
