Perfect for a glass of wine before dinner, a cold lager on a hot day, a large G&T just because, right the way through to the post walk brandy to warm the cockles on the coldest of days. There are even perfectly sized bottles of champagne for two. Or one, if you’re thirsty!

Each of the four double rooms is thoughtfully designed to make the most of your sleep time. You’ll find Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels, silk-filled duvets and pillows to sink into, and Elemis Revitalise Me spa products for your en-suite bathroom that all come kitted out with a powerful shower and maybe even a bath tub big enough for two. Every room has tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk delivered to your door each day and free bottled water. The wi-fi throughout the house will keep you connected with life beyond. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the St Benedict Room, and will be offered a service nearly as good as their owners.
