The Roseate Villa is set in it's own gardens in the centre of Bath, just around the corner from the iconic Pulteney Bridge. Cross that bridge and within minutes you reach the famous Roman Baths.

Every room in this small boutique hotel includes king-size or super king-size Hypnos beds, with feather-light goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Well-equipped bathrooms include luxury toiletries and fluffy bath sheets.

There is a dedicated breakfast chef at the Villa, and he will ensure you get the breakfast of your choice, whether that is a traditional Full English, or something a little lighter. There will always be freshly-squeezed orange juice and a complimentary Buck's Fizz to set you up for the day.

Afternoon Tea is quintessentially English, with a few contemporary touches. Visitors can expect delicate finger sandwiches; freshly-baked scones with vanilla butter, clotted cream and strawberry jam; and delicate cakes such as cherry and pistachio gateau, dark chocolate dome and lemon meringue tartlet. A perfectly-brewed pot of tea is, of course, essential to the offering, and those wishing to push the boat out, can choose the Champagne Afternoon Tea.
