Mediterranean Charm.
Via Federico De Roberto, 45, Mascali.
Mediterranean Charm is a large villa in a pleasant residential part of Mascali, recently completely renovated as a B&B in the typical Mediterranean style using environmentally sound materials: stone, terracotta, ceramics and wood.
The garden features a swimming pool with sunbeds and sun umbrellas on the surrounding terrace. There is also a rooftop terrace with splendid views of Mount Etna and the Mediterranean. The level of equipment is most impressive with a well-equipped fitness room, a games room, and a guest’s kitchen with a pizza oven. The beautiful lounge is decorated with nautical prints and has a fireplace for winter and a large flatscreen television.
The spacious breakfast room features a novel buffet in the form of a boat where guests can select from an extensive choice. Dinners are by prior arrangement.
Each guest room is huge (38 sqm) and can be configured as a double with an optional third bed or cot, or with two or three single beds. The rooms are highly individual, and decorated with a theme which reflects one of the historic influences on the island of Sicily. There is heating for winter, air-conditioning for summer, wi-fi internet and complimentary Netflix.
The position between the sea and the mountain opens up all sorts of opportunities for guests. Spend lazy days on the beach or take an expedition up Mount Etna. In winter, there is even skiing readily available.
