Villa Alcanada is a spacious villa for holiday rental near Alcudia, ideally positioned on a hillside facing the sea. Built on three levels with balconies and terraces on each, the villa offers wonderful views across the bay of Alcudia to the mountains beyond. Access from the road is by a set of steps to the first level which consists of the pool area and terrace, all furnished with high quality teak and stainless steel sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with teak dining furniture and a parasol. A stroll through the french doors leads to the light and airy lounge and separate dining area. Here too is a large fully fitted kitchen with modern pine cabinets and granite worktops.
There are two twin-bedded bedrooms and a shared bathroom at the end of a small hall on the main level. Then stairs lead up to the top floor which has a double-bedded room and another with twin beds sharing a large balcony and a family bathroom. A further twin bedroom has its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom.
