Son Amoixa Vell is an oasis for those who want to immerse themselves in total relaxation. With a fragrant Mediterranean garden set in 50 rolling acres of almond, fig, orange and lemon trees, this 500 year-old finca is as impressive as it is old. In the elegant interior, many antiques and works of art give the hotel a sense of timeless and unpretentious luxury.
The Wellness programme at Son Amoixa Vell offers guests a wide variety of activities and treatments. For those of a more active disposition there is a gym, a swimming pool, a tennis court and bicycles for exploring the surrounding countryside. If you're of a less energetic frame of mind, you can indulge yourself in the sauna or one of the many massages that are available. Away from the hotel, the beaches are just 8 minutes away and the nearest golf course at Vall d'Or is just 15 minutes.
Each of the guestrooms is individually decorated reflecting the love and attention that has been lavished on whole the hotel. There are 9 double rooms, 2 junior suites, 3 suites and one fully equipped apartment. Most of them have terraces and they all have air conditioning, satellite TV, full bathroom with bath and shower, etc as well as luxurious touches such as personal bathrobes.
In the rest of the hotel, there is a bar, a library and several lounges and terraces each with their own ambience to suit your mood of the moment. The swimming pool too is large and elegant, and surrounded by plush lawns and gardens.
Son Amoixa Vell was restored with great attention to detail by the current owners Claudia & Manfred Bangerth. It is a romantic, stylish country hotel, situated in a park-like garden, created especially for a small group of individual guests with high expectations.
Note: The hotel is closed during 2021 and will re-open on 19 Feb 2022.

Wonderful hotel set in a beautiful rural setting. Lovely well kept gardens with the pool in such a peaceful setting. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a superb holiday and I'm sure we will be back. |
