Boutique Hotel Calatrava

A tremendous effort went into the project of converting this 5 storey 19th century building set on the line of the old Arab city wall into a brand new luxury boutique hotel close to the heart of Palma.

One of its special features is the rooftop terrace with views right out across Palma Bay. There is also a terrace and gastro-bar on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the large lobby which serves as the hotel lounge and foyer, complete with internet corner.

Guests have the option of Deluxe double rooms, Junior Suites or the Calatrava Suite, right at the top of the house with the most stunning views. The room facilities are right up-to-date and include a large 3D television and Blue-ray player, as well as room service, a choice of pillows and all the usual "essentials". One of the Junior Suites is specially adapted for disabled guests.

The Spa Calatrava offers a special atmosphere that invites relaxation and well-being. There is a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, contrast shower with aromatherapy, relaxation area with heated loungers, rooms for massage and treatments and private yoga and pilates classes.

The position is just perfect, close to the city centre, the old town, the marina and the sea.

Meals

The breakfast room is located on the fifth floor, where breakfasting guests can enjoy the morning air and the views over Palma Bay. Choose from the buffet breakfast or a-la-carte.

The gastro-bar on the ground floor serves a huge range of dishes right through from mid-day to nearly mid-night. The emphasis is on light, quality dishes using a maximum of local produce and sea-food.
