Hotel Finca Cas Sant
, Cami de Ses Fontanelles, 34, Soller.
Finca Ca's Sant was in the same family for four generations, during which time it was given over to the cultivation of oranges. Today it has been adapted as an exclusive little rural hotel, bringing peace and tranquillity to its guests yet remaining a place for the growing of tasty organic fruit and produce.
The land around the hotel provides a romantic garden with room to breathe and a marvellous swimming pool. While some guests will want to use the hotel as a base from which to explore the mountains and coves of the Mallorcan coast, others will find plenty to do just doing nothing in the garden. From this position in the Soller valley at the foot of the Tramuntana moutains, with the centre of Soller village just half a kilometre away, and the beach a mere three kilometres distant, even a short stroll will open up new vistas. With a little more energy, this becomes a great base for walking in the mountains or down to the coast.
The rooms are furnished with antique furniture, while modern technology discreetly provides the comforts of the 21st century. This is a location of exclusivity and intimacy where guests can retreat from the pressures of life, quietly attended to by their hosts. Many celebrities have found this the ideal environment to get out of the spotlight for a while.

Reviews from Little Hotels Travellers:
Thank you, Little Hotels, for introducing us to Finca Ca’s Sant and for organising our booking so efficiently. Finca Ca’s Sant provided us with a perfect refuge in the cool sunshine and heavy showers of April. Its situation - a short stroll from Soller and a scenic tram ride from there to Port de Soller - is very convenient while its gardens, set amongst orange and lemon groves in a valley surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, are idyllic. Our accommodation was private, spacious and comfortable, with terraces offering either a sunshine view of the hotel pools or the shade of an orange grove. At the time of our visit, the air was heavy with the beautiful scent of orange blossom. Breakfasts were a feast of local produce, each day offering new delights to tempt us. The hosts, Rafael and Lourdes, were friendly and quietly attentive. We were so sorry to leave after too short a visit and can’t wait to return! |
A beautiful hotel in a lovely spot. Really enjoyed our stay. A short walk into Soller. Fantastic breakfasts. Great hosts - friendly, but unobtrusive. Hope to make a return visit. My new favourite place! |
Thank you very much for all your help in arranging our recent holiday - your service was really excellent and we are very grateful. We stayed at Finca Cas Sant and Finca Son Gener in Mallorca - each had their very distinct character but both were really superb. The locations were idyllic, peaceful and relaxing, the service and facilities were extremely good, and all the people we met were really friendly and welcoming. All in all we had a very enjoyable time which we will long remember. Thank you, and we certainly expect to be coming back to you as soon as possible! |
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Finca Ca's Sant in Soller Majorca. Rafael & Lourdes are lovely people and great hosts. The hotel is just, if not better, than it appears in the photographs. The location is beautiful with Soller, Port Soller and Palma all within easy reach, thanks to the tram and the old train, even if you don't have a car. We cannot recommend the hosts, the hotel or the location highly enough. |
I recently booked a Finca via your organisation, Cas Sant, Soller, Majorca. Although we knew the area we did not know of this Finca and even though it was only a short stay we found the place a delight. The Finca and it's surrounds were a tranquil and close to the centre of Soller. The family who run the place were both helpful and charming, what a contrast to the normal hotel approach.. We will return again next year !! |
We had what can only be described as a perfect week's holiday in the most wonderful hotel. The family that run the hotel made us so welcome, and we would like to thank them for their kindness and attention. We enjoyed every minute of our stay both in Soller and in the hotel and look forward to returning. |
Our weekend away surpassed our expectations! This romantic hotel is set in orange groves, with fruit trees and grape vines in abundance. The scent is beautiful and intoxicating. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and the family who run this hideaway, rustic hotel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace underneath the sprawling vines was all authentic local produce and utterly delicious. We spent one day adventuring into Port Soller, taking a boat to a nearby beach with extraordinary pedestrian cave tunnels. The other day was spent lazing by their beautiful pool lying under lemon trees and orange trees which were full to bursting with fruit! A perfect, romantic weekend. Thank you! |
We stayed at Finca Ca's Sant for 4 nights and found it be absolutely perfect. Everything about the Finca was relaxing, beautiful, the host family were wonderful and not at all intrusive but very courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic too! I would recommened the Finca Ca's Sant to anyone and would definitely go there again myself. |
Delightful place. Attentive and friendly hosts and staff. Enjoyable catering. It is difficult to find in Soller. Visitors do need instructions and a well marked-up map. Regrettably the one which you sent to us proved to be misleading. Little Hotels note: We have now improved our directions and map in response to this feedback. Thanks for drawing our attention to it. |
Check room rates, check availability and make your booking. It's so easy!

We Say
We never tire of the beautiful mountain scenery of Mallorca, nor the quaint little fincas and the discreet yet attentive service that their owners offer. Here is an excellent choice for all these things.
A Word from the Owner
Visit us at Ca's Sant, so close to the mountains and beaches, yet so far from the hurly-burly of the city.
