This chic and exclusive boutique hotel, located in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, Hotel Neri is a Relais & Châteaux hotel set in two historic houses, one of them being being an aristocrat’s mediaeval palace dating back to the 12th century. The building’s original period charm has been preserved and enhanced by the hotel’s sophisticated interior design. The elegant design blends with relaxing music and sensual aromas to create a unique setting in this ancient area of central Barcelona.
Hotel Neri has a terrace, perfect to enjoy the Spanish weather in the Sant Felip Neri Square. Then there is also the rooftop terrace surrounded by jasmines and offering a quiet corner for a sundowner while enjoying the views over the Gothic Quarter of the city. The lounge bar also provides an indoor space with a wide variety of drinks and snacks.
The hotel has 22 rooms and suites, some decorated with murals on gold and silver, others with balconies or terraces. The bathrooms are intimate and distinctively decorated, finished in quartzite, a stone known for it’s beneficial health properties.
Each room has its own distinctive charm, ranging from the more-than-adequate Classic double rooms up to the massive and luxurious Neri Suite. Classic Double Room
Chic, comfortable and elegant, the Classic rooms are graciously appointed in neutral tones overlooking the Gothic quarter streets. With a kingsize or twin beds, wooden floors and delicate fabrics, they offer a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The natural stone bathrooms, with rain effect shower, are intimate and peaceful.
Deluxe Double Room
Deluxe rooms have more space (30m2) and are graciously appointed in neutral tones overlooking the Gothic quarter streets. Wooden floors and delicate fabrics offer a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Natural stone bathrooms, with bathtub/shower and rain effect, are intimate and peaceful. King-size or twin beds are standard and an extra bed can be added for a third person.
Deluxe Double Room with terrace

| Wonderful hotel in the center of Barcelona. Excellent location, between the Cathedral and Santa Maria del Pi, many restaurants and cafes around. You leave a quiet hotel and immediately find yourself in the center of active urban life in the historical part of the city. The room was large and spacious with a high ceiling, about three meters in height, huge comfortable bed. In the hotel excellent breakfasts - delicious and good choice of dishes. |
| Most impressive were the staff. They were all very professional and attentive to our needs. I needed to see a doctor during our stay and they arranged this so quickly and with great care. Before I knew it there was a doctor at my apartment to sort me out and I was clear to head out to dinner before I knew it! |
