Hotel Sant Jaume
, C/ Sant Jaume, 6, Alcudia.
This small hotel is located in the old town of Alcudia. It has been carefully renovated without losing any of its original grace. Guests enjoy romantic summer evenings in the lovely patio where a Gaudi-esque fountain delivers a burble of sound, or in winter, in the cosy lounge where there is an open fireplace.
The six double bedrooms put a modern twist on the traditional decor of a Mallorcan "Casa Señorial" - a gentleman's house. They glow in an atmosphere of relaxation, while providing facilities like satellite television, a direct-dial telephone, minibar, air-conditioning, heating and bathroom luxuries such as bathrobes and a hair dryer.
Alcudia is a fabulous centre for a holiday in Mallorca, with easy access to miles of sandy beaches, rocky calas and cool mountains. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby if you want them, yet you can easily retreat into your own world of peace and serenity.

Reviews from Little Hotels Travellers:
A brilliant hotel in a superb location on a magic island. How else to describe this? There are not enough superlatives to do the hotel justice. On top of the location, the rooms, the outdoor breakfast area, the lounge, you have to add owners Rosi and Sebastian who were the most charming and delightful people. Nothing was too much effort and their mantra of "this is your home while you are here" just added to it all. The fact that the hotel was the original family home of Sebastian gave a real link to the island and it's people. Absolute top marks. |
Had a great time in both hotels we stayed at, lovely people, couldn't do enough for us. Both hotels clean and comfortable and unique, just what we wanted. Would certainly recommend 'Little Hotels' and actually already have. Thanks, will definitely use you again. |
We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Sant Jaume in Alcudia, Mallorca. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The hotel was small and quaint, comfortable with lovely rooms with characteristic Mallorcan style--exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely return. |
