Villas Etnia is a cluster of 20 self-contained villas on the south coast of Menorca, situated close to the sea. Each one has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it’s own terrace and swimming pool.

Each villa is a flat-roofed whitewashed building in the classic Mediterranean style, sitting in it’s own garden with palm trees, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants. The interiors are decorated in a simple, crisp, clean style that is perfect for holiday living. The living area, dining area and kitchen are spacious and open-plan. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share the second bathroom.

On the terrace there is outdoor dining furniture under the verandah and sunbeds that can be placed in sun, in shade or over by the pool, just as you wish. When the large patio doors are opened the terrace and interior blend seamlessly into one.

It’s only a 300m walk to the nearest beach at Cala Binissafuller, and not much further to a choice of restaurants if you prefer not to self-cater. Although the villas are totally independent, there is a reception for the group, staffed by the family who own the complex. As well as dealing with keys and so on, this is the place to go for bike hire, or to hire a small inflatable boat (no licence necessary) or to charter Etnia’s own 8m motor launch.

The standard villas have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, two more with twin beds sharing a second bathroom. There is a living room with lounge and dining areas and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a garden with a furnished terrace and a private swimming pool.
